The way to your embroidered cap

Der Weg

You’ve probably wondered how the embroidery of your cap or beanie actually works. This is what we want to tell you today to show you what special quality you get with a product of style your cap.

The special thing about our products is that we embroider them ourselves. We handle all orders in our production hall in Germany in the Black Forest and give nothing to the outside. So we guarantee you a long-lasting, resistant and high quality of your individually embroidered cap.

Your cap goes through this path to embroidery

Once you’ve picked your snapback, fitted cap or beanie on our website and put it in the configurator, you can start styling it. Whether you would like to have your own logo embroidered on the front, a simple lettering or the name of your club in 3D-Stick on your Cap to see is up to you.

Would you like to have an embroidered lettering on the back of your cap? That is possible as well. All you have to do is specify the appropriate embroidery position (font Back).

Our puncher creates the embroidery program

When you are done with your design and order, the order reaches us. We check now whether your motive and your desired colors are feasible and
then create an embroidery program for your desired logo or motif. After this embroidery program, our machines work exactly, safely and quickly. Therefore, the one who creates the embroidery program must master his work. His name is Puncher.

Production and shipping

Once our puncher has created the embroidery program, it comes into our production. It is located in the same building. There, your cap or hat is embroidered with your desired motif, thoroughly checked for defects and cleaned from protruding threads.

Now the time has come and the freshly embroidered cap leaves our building in the typical style your cap cardboard and will reach you in a few days. We wish you a lot of fun with it!
